• Content glorifying or inciting violence
• Disturbing or shocking content intended to cause distress

6.2.3 Illegal Activities

• Content promoting or facilitating illegal drug use, sale, or distribution
• Content related to illegal gambling or unlicensed gambling services
• Content promoting illegal weapons or explosives
• Content facilitating human trafficking or exploitation
• Content promoting or facilitating any other illegal activities
• Pirated content or content infringing intellectual property rights

6.2.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic

7. End User License Agreement (EULA)

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Fuzz. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our services.

7.5 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7.6 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RELATED TO IN-APP PURCHASES.
