Fuzz Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fuzz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 Available Purchases

Fuzz may offer:

• Virtual currency (coins/credits)
• Premium features
• Virtual gifts

4.2 Payment Processing

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Charges are applied to your Apple ID account
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Prices include applicable taxes

4.3 Virtual Currency Terms

• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value
• Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real money
• Virtual currency is non-transferable
• Unused virtual currency is non-refundable upon account termination

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Follow Apple's refund process

4.5 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect completed purchases.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Post objectionable, offensive, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Collect information from other users without consent
• Engage in fraudulent purchase activities

6. Prohibited Content

• Adult, sexual, or pornographic content
• Violent, disturbing, or graphic content
• Content related to illegal drugs or gambling
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Political extremism or propaganda
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
• Content infringing intellectual property rights

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Forfeit purchased virtual currency for violations
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Fuzz and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATED TO IN-APP PURCHASES.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Any unused virtual currency will be forfeited
• No refunds will be provided for purchased items

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
